"We are a medium size NJ business with100 employees and one IT Manager. We run an exchange server with active directory, MX Logic for spam and web protection. We also have an Imaging server and a P-series Unix server for our business system. "We have been using Ancero since 2007 and we are very happy with the quality and dependability of their service. Since we are a small company, but maintain crews throughout the country and multiple web sites, the 24/7 availability is invaluable. They are able to spot and, often, correct issues while my staff and I are still sleeping. We have them monitor our Dual T1s and I usually get a call within minutes of an outage telling me that they have opened a ticket with our carrier. We are on an airport with lines from the 60s, so our internet can be intermittent, so this service alone is worth the cost of managed services.

Ancero has set up our newest domain server, our Exchange server and our Cisco Firewall and continues to monitor both. The technicians whom we work with have been excellent, both technically and personally. Having Ancero do the heavy lifting for the mail server and the firewall have saved us the expense of adding one or more employees devoted to these technologies.

We already had backup software and a plan in place, but Ancero has been monitoring it since we have started working with them. They also update our backup software and troubleshoot any problems (which has been one less thing for me to worry about)!
