Fred Barilotti
Executive Director
Fred Barilotti serves as Executive Director and Managing Partner for Ancero.  With more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Barilotti was the founder and managing partner of Media Systems, which in January 2008, merged with the Eastern IT Group to form Ancero. Under Barilotti’s leadership, the company has flourished as one of the leading technology partners with carriers like AT&T.  One of AT&T’s top solutions providers, Barilotti also sits on the AT&T Alliance Channel Leadership Council where he chairs various committees and serves as an advocate for the partners in the AT&T Alliance.

Robert Hogg
Managing Director
Robert Hogg is a co-founder of Ancero and serves as the company's Managing Director. Hogg was previously the founder and Managing Director of both the Eastern IT Group, LLC and IT Management Group, LLC — two highly successful regional IT consulting and service businesses. In January of 2008, Eastern IT Group and IT Management Group were merged with Media Systems to form Ancero. As Managing Director of Ancero, Hogg is responsible for overseeing all finance, legal and operational activities, as well as providing high level direction and strategy for the company. Hogg brings over 25 years of IT, finance and operational experience to the organization.

Paul Boyer
Executive Director of Sales
As Executive Director of Sales and Managing Partner for Ancero, Paul Boyer manages the sales organization and strategic development of the company. Prior to joining Ancero, Boyer held the VP of Sales position at ATX Communications and was the founder and CEO of IDCI.  He brings over 25 years of telecommunications experience to the team, and was named one of top 250 executives to be shaping the global managed services market.  Boyer continues to drive revenues through the sale and deployment of emerging technologies.
